Product Information
In recent years there’s been an influx of organic farm restaurants popping up. Take Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall’s River Cottage in Dorset for example, and the Riverford Field Kitchen in Totnes, Devon. The Rustic Botanical Collection from Flourish and Lace would look so at home in either of these super cool foodie places because it has a lovely understated organic feel about it, thanks to its recycled kraft board and length of twine.
But it’s not all happy hippy chic because the delicate and super stylish black font brings a certain ‘about town’ sort of look, you know, like you’re the most uber-cool couple who are always bang-on-trend with everything (even your coffee table mags and fancy candles), so much so that even your eco-friendly, organic-looking A5 wedding invitation is the best thing anyone’s seen since the 90’s crimped hair craze.
Our favourite part is the dainty leafy wreath which adorns the matching hang tag; it’s got such a lovely hand-drawn feel about it, it’s perfect for those of you who have a penchant for art and illustration. The same sweet little leaves also feature in all four corners of the invitation, as does the wreath in other parts of the collection.
So, if it’s a rustic wedding that you’re planning or perhaps your reception venue is a marquee in Bob-the-farmer’s local field down the road, you can be sure that this little number will add a certain understated romantic and trendy feel!
